ABOUT
Epic was started by three guys from a 'marginal' Midwest snow market. They loved plowing big snows and couldn't sit by idly watching other states get big snow. On a whim they chased their first storm plowing 6" in North Carolina. The trip was a huge success and they were invited back for a larger storm. With each new Epic storm new contacts were made, new states were visited and more trucks/personnel were added. This simple storm chase led to the formal partnership of Epic and a legend was born. With unmatched resources Epic handles everything from 12" in Chicago, to 24" in the Poconos, to 10" in North Carolina.
John Balcerek
Founder and Principal
As the Owner of All Seasons Landscape John Balcerek brings 12 years of commercial snow removal experience to Epic. When he isn't traveling the country plowing snow he can be found relaxing by a campfire with his wife and two children.
Kenny Thomas
Founder and Principal
As the Owner of Green Acres Irrigation Kenny Thomas brings 14 years of commercial snow removal experience to Epic. When he's not chasing Epic snow storms Kenny and his four children can be found camping or working on their family's farm.
Justin Kelly
Founder and Principal
As the Owner of Dublin Landscapes Justin Kelly brings 17 years of commercial snow removal to Epic. When the winter snow thaws you can usually find him and his two youngest children racing motocross with his while his wife nervously watches.
Renee Grumblis
VP Auditor
With 15 years of finance and auditing experience and a Six Sigma green belt, Renee is the transmission to the engine that is Epic.
